Tried using the ‘in game bug report’ system which blizz claim you should use. It diverts me to a US forum bug report page and I can’t raise a bug report as I don’t have a level 10 character on a US realm.
When creating this topic I was prompted to view similar topics, which go back 4 or more years and still nothing has been done to resolve it.
Pathetic, Blizzard really are taking Customer Service to new lows.

I’ve lost a challenging mage tower appearance , reported it as a bug
Contemplating unsubbing if it doesn’t get resolved
Initially made a ticket and was told by support they can’t help

Level a character to level 10 on a US trial account and then you can post.

To report a bug in game:-
- Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
- Click Support.
- Click Submit feedback or bug report.
- Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
- Click Submit.
If you want to take part in the US bug report forum, you can (courtesy of your EU sub) but it requires setting up a US starter account on your existing bnet and levelling a character to 10 in order to post. You can level up to 20 for free on a starter account.

Yep, that worked, thankyou and apologies to Blizzard, seems you have addressed the issues that were raised in the past.
I do sympathise with Slinks though, “nothing we can do” does not seem an acceptable response to me.

While I sit around and wait and hope, with no communication on the matter
There are 9 year old bugs that somewhat break your progress in old content and you guessed it, nothing done, no solutions. It is whaddididisssmaaaaan.
