Hi,
I completed +4 mythic Theater of Pain dungeon, however, my progress to [A Call to Maldraxxus] quest didn’t count.
So, I decided to report the problem to the development team. As usual, I opened the support menu (in the game) to report the bug. The game directed me to US Forums!
In addition to the problems above, The Reporting a Bug Article is OUTDATED!
Can you guys fix those issues?
Theres no issues, but a huge number of people don’t seem able to see the absolutely huge button labelled “SUBMIT FEEDBACK OR REPORT A BUG” that is in their face when they open the support window.
No need to be aggressive mate! I think it is a huge UX flaw from the designer of that page.
I will agree that the UI is different, but still, the button isn’t hard to find.
Yes. If you know where it is. I did not see it right away, got to the support page and Forum was fine with me and I was startled to end up on the US-Forum and getting locked out because I did not have a level 10 char.
I do understand pooling bugs together, but then you unlock the forum for all players - Or you have an EU forum. That part is not helpful and does confuse people.
We had an EU forum but that was removed sadly.
