same here, this is since expansion start. Today is new patch and still no one repair bug. 
Yeah i noticed that as well, all my rep is maxed out so i didn`t really notice it straight away. but the only rep showing up is the same as above.
something along those lines also just happened to me a minute ago, was doing a few WQs and side quests plus weeklies and my rep did not go up, it stayed where it was before and also logged over to another char and on that one the rep is even lower…
It is The Ringing Deeps reputation track that I am talking about and it seems weird because with those few weeklies and stuff I should have gotten two rep lvls plus while useing the rep bonus from the anniversary.
It just does not add the reputation you gained to the associated reknown track and sync also does not work properly between chars as well.
Seems that there is a bug in the warband reputation coding or something like that
It happens with DF reputations too, they’re missing from the rep-tracker until you visit one of the rep vendors related to the missing reputation. In my case seems to be any DF/TWW (so far I’ve noticed) rep that does not have a sub-faction of reputation gain such as Severed Threads, Dragonscale Expedition, Valdrakken.
Been reported for over a year now, would be nice to get a fix without having to use addons to remember what is what.
