Request for technical review of anti-cheat detection (false positive)

Hello Blizzard Support Team,

I’m writing here because my previous appeal (Ticket #EU101682579) ended with a standard response that the action will remain in place. I completely respect the rules and decisions made, but I’d like to ask for a technical review of the detection itself.

I have not used any third-party software — only addons from the official CurseForge source. I’m concerned that the anti-cheat system may have triggered incorrectly because of addon conflicts or background applications (such as Discord, Telegram, or GeForce Experience).

My goal is not to argue the decision, but to ensure that there was no false detection. I also submitted a technical ticket asking for a deeper review.

If possible, could a senior GM or technical specialist look into this case again?

Ban discussions aren’t allowed.

You cannot request a specialist to investigate this case. This is only done when there are special problems.

“again”? Would imply that they’ve already went over this once. What if they come back with it with the same conclusion, are you going to ask for another review again like now?

If you want to appeal, you’ll have to use the previous option you used to appeal. Until they no longer honor any appeals.
