Hey Blizzard team and fellow players,
I wanted to share some feedback and a suggestion regarding the Codex of Chromie scenario from the 20th Anniversary event. First off, it’s a great feature! The nostalgia factor and the unique challenge are fantastic, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into it.
That said, the XP rewards feel significantly lower than expected, especially considering that some players, myself included, would love to use this as a viable leveling option. Currently, the experience gain is almost negligible, which makes it feel less rewarding for those of us who might want to engage with this content for leveling instead of pure end-game rewards.
I think increasing the XP gain for players under the max level would add great value for a broader range of players, offering us an alternative and fun way to level up while celebrating WoW’s history. With so much potential in this scenario, giving it a bit of an XP boost could make it a popular feature for leveling as well, adding variety to the leveling experience in a way that would honor the game’s legacy and appeal to both new and returning players.
What do you all think? And, Blizzard team, is an XP boost something you’d consider adding to the Codex of Chromie during the anniversary period?
Thanks for considering this suggestion, and here’s hoping we can all get a bit more out of this nostalgic journey!
