Requesting a refund for unintended month of subscription

Dear WoW Support Team,

I’ve not had time to play WoW recently and just didn’t come around to cancel my subscription. In fact, I’ve not really played the game even for the previous billing period, but I assume refunding for that is impossible as I had opened the game for checking in on an event (just a few minutes if I recall correctly, but it was opened). Now I was charged again 3 hours ago and just realized that, I haven’t opened the game and don’t intend to. I just cancelled, but it was too late. Is it maybe possible to refund the month that JUST started? I will definitely pick up the game again, but not in the coming weeks, so I’d be paying for nothing.

Make sure you don’t open the game while waiting for Support and also, perhaps, think of cancelling your sub and buying game time which starts at 1 month and you can add whenever you’re ready to play again - https://eu.shop.battle.net/en-gb/product/world-of-warcraft-game-time This doesn’t renew like the subscription does.
