I would like to request a refund on the most recent subscription payment as I have issues with laptop and haven’t been able to play for ages, forgot to cancel the subscription and got charged for another month. I tried using all of the the “help with services->refunds” options but I get an “error on our side” message or infinite loading screens, unable to finish submitting a ticket.

They won’t help with refunds over the forums, because they have no way to walk you through account security via the forums.

The only way I’ve found to open a ticket is to go through the help route and picking “other”. It does look like the refund route seems to be having some issues (I believe I came across the same error with another customer service help section recently, so I’m guessing it’s either my browser or their systems).
Try a different browser, or try opening a ticket regarding “other”.
