Yes, especially if BfA zones work without problems.

Ok Thanks for feedback, im runing ptr on athlon II x4 640 more than a decade old cpu, so if anyone has similar older specs should be able to run it too.

Not meeting the min requirements doesn’t mean the game won’t run. It just means that support won’t be offered in the case of the game not running.
That said, I do vaguely remember Blizzard putting a hardware check on GPU’s in the distant past, and erroring if the installed GPU didn’t meet the minimum requirements.
WoW just needs a subset of DX11 features to work. Some old cards, like AFAIK Fermi ones don’t support them and either won’t be allowed to launch the game or will launch and just constantly display a warning depending on the tier of DX11 support of given chip.
Wow… well… as long as you don’t try to raid or do content with lots of people/NPCs, it should “run” at low FPS.
