"Researchers under fire" 12/12 event completion reward gave me a green ilevel 250 item

Repeat from last week perhaps? Did a 12/12 researchers under fire 10:30, loot in my “event completed” box was 60 coins, a cache of embers and a ilevel 250 green. Last weeks empowered events gave me a 480ish from the event box as well as an item in the cache. Is this intended, and if it’s a bug (again) how is it possible to have this repeat when it was fixed?

I hoped this had been corrected as completing a time rift now awards a cache, but alas. On my paladin, I received a green ilevel 250 ring. The event bosses dropped ilevel 385 rare quality items, with season 2 tags. A rare in ZC, Karota, dropped a 389 rare quality cloth belt with season 2 tags, did the rares drop items not suitable for your class prior? I don’t recall.

It’s not just you, 250 ilvl is dropping from a lot of content.
