Reset everyday?

Why are we having so long resets every darn day, last night was 2, the other day 3-4 hours delay, now another reset, it’s weird how this has been a frequent rotation for too long, yes I do find it annoying, actually :stuck_out_tongue: can’t blame me.

Of course, the game time pay for will not be returned…

dont rly care about the lost few hours … but maybe the warning should be like 30min? tons of ppl are doing m+ and if you dont logout, you dont even know about the reset happening … and 15min is usualy not enough to finish your key, so you just RIP it …

There was an announcement beforehand. I logged in at about ~1am? And it was already on the login screen

really ? i logged in about 0.30 am

how about actual ingame message that is not in random chat

The warning should be 1 hour so it covers LFR and M+. There’s also been a message in the launcher about it since yesterday but ofc some people miss that.

The weird thing about today’s reset is that it says you should be able to login as it’s a live maintenance. But of course you cannot.

Yeah. That’s what “Live maintenance” means in Blizzard.

The word you are looking for is ‘maintenance’. Resets have nothing to do with it as those happens automatically in-game every night at 05:00 CET without any server downtime.

But if that was the case, what could they moan about?

I was aware of the maintenance for some time before, and tbh following the previous couple of nights, it was going to be a safe bet of it happening anyway. However, Blizzard should implement some sort of safety net that warns players grouping that there will be a shutdown, as it can be easily missed on the info page.
