Reset spec

I’m currently an arcane mage which was like that since warlords of draenor, I came back yesterday and I’m trying to work out how to respec to frost I tried visiting a mage trainer but there was no option to reset spec and in specilization and talents it only shows a talent tree, can someone please explain how to respec frost, where to go or what to do.

On the talents menu there are two tabs at the bottom on the left, switch to the first one to change your Spec.
