We went in for AQ10 when it opened, and we got not loot from any bosses! We got 1 chest which had 1 item. After buru we all got disconnected and when we got back in the door was locked. We went back later to check door, and it was open. We finnished the last 2 bosses and still no loot. They should just reset every AQ10 raid so we can do it today instead!
(Not sure if AQ20 had the same problems)

So for playing the raid on release we got : one wasted ID lockout + 1 day penalty compared to other people because this scuffed a$$ ID resets later than normal . GG devs you really have done it , microsoft should just nuke you and let an AI code the game i bet it would make a better job.

This is not a good, well made product, by any strentch of the imaginaton
it’s over run by bots, bugs, and broken launches.
Players where able to gain PTR items others cant due to the incompetence of the dev team
When the devs where asking on X how to fix class’es months ago I thought that was abit off a red flag, but continued to play.
I wouldn’t mind if they admitted this was a project for under 16’s working on it for a school project… but it’s made by adults, from one of the biggest companies in the world

We just got response from gm that there will be no rollback, no reset id, no loot.
Again, they are showing that SoD customer is irrelevant to them because we are not paying for retarded p2w stuff.
And it is fine that we lost entire reset, loot, weeks of preparation and entire race because Blizzard don’t know how to use version system ;p

WoW players are far to addicted to this game and put up with anything blizz throws at them and pays them for it.
To much time /effort /expense/complexity for them
sod is for milking some cows nothing else, why put more effort into it than they need to

easiest solution is just to reset everyone raid ID’s tonight for the mess that was AQ20.
I’m happy to report that my id were reverted by gm via ticket. So if you were locked without loot, do ticket asap
you got proof of this convo with gm?. i have seen other post that people have the gm send them to forums to report this issue
Got an answer to my ticket earlyer today, and they actually reset our AQ10 ID. Would have sent screenshot but not possible to add here.
100% a lie. Blizzard does not have GM’s xD (Im kidding)
Would not actually belived it myself, the first message i got back was a generic response but i reopened the ticked and said that i had already put in a bug report and posted on forum, reply then was from an actual human being xD
how? I have to congratulate you on the resolve. I’m getting the “take the loss” blizz response from a “GM” - it looks like a general message though.
Not having much success here either, but I thought I would post an extract from my latest ticket response for giggles.
“It appears that your raid lockout for the Sanctum of Domination (SoD) did not reset as expected, and it seems to be following a Classic Era reset schedule instead of the current one. This issue can indeed be frustrating, especially when it affects your guild’s raid plans.”
