I didn’t want to create a thread for this but I am at my wits’ end.
I have recently returned to WoW and used the newly added TWW skip on a character. After completing that and getting my wraps and all, I decided to switch mains and level boosted to 80 another character.
I am now in need of a set of Reshii Wraps on this new character.
However, I can’t for the life of me figure out what I need to do.
I am not offered a campaign skip. I have tried to look at wowhead to try and understand where I am stuck, to no avail. I can’t find an available “quest chain starter” anywhere.
What is the most painless way to understand what I need to do? I have spent 4 hours looking for a solution and I am ripping my hair out.
Brann does not offer me any quests/skips apart from delve stuff. I am checking wowhead and I cannot find any quest starters. The only story quests I have are the prepatch ones that start with “Where in K’aresh is Alleria Windrunner”.
Have you completed the previous main quests on your main? You’ve done everything otherwise on your main? In case that’s one reason Brann doesn’t offer any skips.

Locate the Campaign: Begin the Ghosts of K’aresh storyline, following the main campaign through to Chapter 3.
Key Quest: Complete the quest “The Tabiqa” in the “Desert Power” section, which rewards the Reshii Wraps, your first Fiber (secondary stat), and 3 Ethereal Strands.
Enable the Cloak: After acquiring the cloak, travel to Overlook Zo’Shuul and speak with the NPC Hashim to unlock its, power and upgrade it.
Not sure what you mean. With my “main”, the one I did the new TWW skip as, I defeated Dimensius, got the Wrap, got the “ready for Midnight” achievement, etc.
What else do I need to do? The previous “normal” quest progression is still in Dragonflight, that can’t be right.
Do check if you have turned off the Warband completed quests on the Tracking tab on top of the world map. I think I had it turned off automaticallly during prepatch for my alts. Could be something, could be nothing but worth to check.
Ok so have you completed the entire tww campaing from the beginning? You mentioned you used a boost? Cos you do need to complete the whole thing at least once to get skip.
But it does not make sense. I NEVER completed the actual TWW campaign as I resubbed to WoW only recently and used the new “TWW skip” on my main, and got the wraps like that (albeit I cannot upgrade it).
All I need is the wraps on my alt so I can enter Manaforge.
Ye but that’s how it works, you still have to complete the whole thing for your alts to be eligible for a skip.
Boost Functionality: Boosts instantly level characters to 80, equip them with starter gear, and unlock most, but not all, content. They do not complete the story campaign for you.
Campaign Skip Requirements: To skip the main campaign on alts, the story must be completed at least once on a main character.
No it doesn’t complete it for you, just lets your boosted character to pass it to get to the current end game I suppose. It’s still not completed so you’d have to go back and get it done later then.
