It seems hardware is a bit dead can you share SAM and Resize Bar experience?
I even read on reddit, that 3700x and 5700XT can use it. Gain for Shadowlands and WoW is 10-14% 
I will try it on my 3700x and 2070S tonight.
There is still a lot of work going on to enable it from vendor side. It started with RDNA2 cards and newer AMD chipsets but it’s trickling down to Intel and Nvidia as well as older AMD platforms.
