I just completed a Mythic 0 dungeon, and everyone looted a keystone except myself. I don’t have any keystones in my inventory or bank.
Am I missing something here? Back in 9.0 and BFA all I needed to do to get a key was complete a M0.
Resolved: I contacted support and they made the NPC Ta’hsup give me a key on my next visit to him.
Talk to this NPC in Oribos, where the Vault is. He should give you a key if you don’t have one.
I have talked to him and he just says “Have you any interest in keystones”. No options appear for me.
Also I just did a 2nd dungeon and still no keystone.
You might have to contact gamemasters. Something’s bugged with your character.
If it doesn’t work in M0, just run a higher key. If I didn’t play m+ on an alt for a week, I always get one in some +15 a week later.
It could also be that you HAD a key, but deleted it. You won’t get a new one until wednesday then. Never delete keys, you can change them (random) at the end of a succesful run, if your key lvl is lower or the same of the succesfully timed dungeon.
You can’t delete keys.
I’ve never even had a key on my character this season to delete. My last key I owned was on a Paladin that i’ve not played on for a year.
Also I submitted a ticket to Blizzard, but they just gave me an automated response with the same advice in this thread. I’ve re-opened in hopes a human actually helps me.
Are you sure you don’t have a key in your bag? The icon of it has changed.
Yes. I even used the “Search” functionality, and my gf checked both my bag and bank incase I was missing it and she couldn’t find one either.
Edit: I just did a +2, still no keystone. My account or character is 100% bugged.
theres a guy near the great vault if you talk to him he will give you a key or lower your current key
ok thats wierd have you got a weekly vault pending maybe that will have a key in it?
I got a response from support. They sorted it for me and got Ta’hsup to give me a key.
