Some changes to wow since TBC/Vanilla were bad, and some were good. I feel like being able to release and ress in an instance after wiping was one of the best changes ever.
The private server endless had it, and it was so nice. As does retail wow, and games like ffxiv. There really is no reason that after a full wipe on vashj, it should take you 10mins + to get ready for next pull due to the ridiculous walk back.
I know this might be unpopular due to nochanges, but i really can’t see why. Private servers did it, every modern mmo has it, because it’s just good. 10 minute run backs to bosses, are not the reason people like classic wow. it’s actually one of the biggest drawbacks
Well, you’re wrong.
It’s just another element making WoW move from “RPG” to “action game”.
Ghost run is already only a slap on the wrist for a death as it is, no need to trivialize it even further.
Yes, because it’s totally possible to ankh and ress the raid after a P3 vashj wipe, or Kael’thas wipe. I mean it’s not like she aggro’s on to anyone who goes up on to that kill platform where your entire raid will be dead.
same with KT, you can’t get anywhere near ress range without pulling that boss again. You have to reset unless you call a very early wipe, and all die in a safe spot
She does not if you know where to stand and use line of sight with help of the lanterns/coils. And even if somebody would have to run, he/she can always get summoned back by the others who are ready to go… When a wipe is obvious call it and ask people to die safe.
With 8+ minutes boss fights raid can wipe about 10 times per 3h raid. Either they doing their tactics wrong or they need more gear. What they do not need is more wipes.
