Rested xp and prepatch

Anybody else noticing they have a tonne of rested xp after prepatch dropped?

I have several alts that I’m slow-leveling (just playing them when they are rested). I’m sure I used all their rested xp quite recently, yet after prepatch they all have well over an entire level of rested.

Even my newly created DK had about a level of rested xp!

You need less xp to finish a lvl now. If you had gained more than the new requirements for the new lvl when prepatch hit, you only need 1 more xp to ding
