This talent works so leaving demon form grants you a charge of this ability, but the problem is exactly that.
It requires you to leave demon form, while the talent tree below it is balanced around expanding the duration, this means that in reality inner demon is far superior to restless hunter. Basically any situation.
Please change it so it works in the same way as inner demon.
Also, could you please add demonic appetite to blade dance, and maybe glaive tempest?
While I understand your suggestion for Restless Hunter, I think this is more of a "it’s okay that you didn’t extend Demonic long enough and get a free buffed blade dance after.
It feels kinda pointless in its current state though, and the fel rush makes no sense to me
But that’s just bad design.
I don’t think that’s the case, you’re supposed to reward good playing, not bad playing.
It’s not rewarding bad playing, it’s just giving you a strong blade dance after. It does allow you to make use of Cycle of Hatred without Shattered Destiny, though I can’t think if a scenario where I’d pick this over shattered destiny unless I really wanted GT or FB without speccing into Chaos Theory, which has much better alternatives.

It’s not a super bad build, but , shattered destiny is more fun and more powerful.
This ability is just anti synergistic.
