I have been searching the net for hours but i cannot find a definitive answer to these questions:
1)Does this pet spawn based on PST or in my case EU server time?
2)Do i have to be in pre-legion phase of Deadwind Pass? If so how the hell do i get there? Because whatever character i logon to, even new ones, Deadwind Pass is stuck in Legion phase where there are demons all around the place.
Very frustrated at this point

I grabbed one of these a few days ago. I parked myself in the cellar under Kara and logged in around 11.15pm UK time. There were a bunch of them down there.
There is only one Deadwind Pass time, some areas of the zone are phased for higher content. No need to worry about this.
I’m after the Safari achievements. The Kalimdor is a nightmare. Took me about a week to get a Silithid Hatchling. I missed Winter by about a week so will take me eight months before I can get a Snowy Owl. I’ll get a Qiraji Guard in a few months when summer comes.
