Is the celestial guidance weapon enchant suppose to be able to proc off your healing?
I have not been able to get it to proc once.
“Permanently enchants a weapon to sometimes increase your primary stat by 5% when attacking, or using spells and abilities.”
I think it is intended that it procs off heals, since those are considered ‘spells’.
It does proc off of heals, but you need to be in combat (like with many other procs). If you’re just standing in Oribos spamming heals, it won’t proc. Duel someone, so they keep you in combat, then spam heals, and voila.
