If you play semi offensive but your aim is to heal efficiently?
The crystal that executes things is very good.
For some reason blizzard nerfed all the good healer trinkets in previous seasons and have left us with literally damage trinkets or crappy raid trinkets as the only option this season.
Even the raid healer trinkets are all pretty much trash with the only options being a stat stick.
