With the recent rework, as the moonkin form has been removed for resto druids I can’t use flap anymore, so I can’t jump down in “The Azure Vault”, can’t we get this back and it just changes to moonkin form while channeling and drops out of it after? I used to like flapping around at the start of a key 
Flap is actually still in the druid section of the spellbook, but only balance can use it, was this just overlooked?
Or have I missed something?

You missed that you were having fun wrong and now Blizz is showing you how you are supposed to enjoy the game.
Honestly? Just another case of Blizz changing something without really thinking it through and then for some inexplicable reason refusing to fix their changes.
But yes, not having Moonkin form to Flap and dance is silly and annoying.
