It doesn’t work. There is initial heal but later doesn’t redistribute any healing. Are you aware about it? How is it possible that bug went live?! I’m locked from M+ until its fixed.

Looks like Ascendance is broken for all 3 specs.
Well it works for enhancement. But yes for resto its just not working as intended. I guess its best to lose the talent for now.

Looking into it I can see that the issue with restoration ascendance was hotfixed already last night.
Another issue affecting Elemental is still under investigation.
Please do keep in mind that testing this on training dummies isn’t always reliable though, in part due to how training dummies work in general, but there is also a separate bug with this specific interaction which probably won’t be addressed until later as it’s not affecting normal play.
I didn’t immediately find any issues with Enhancement, but if you have any specific details, please do send it along in a bug report.
