I have a holy pal and a resto druid and resto shaman.
When I´m on my resto shaman, it feels so underwhelming compared to pal and druid.
With all the CC in the game, I have several times tried to be CC for the entire round. Once the trinket has been used, it´s basically game over. Our only instant cast if Riptide which isnt enoug compared to all the instant cast my druid has.
Do you have any tips on how to not be locked down most of the game ?
Always have your attention on the enemy healer. Rshamy hasn’t the best throughput but you can be annoying with your disruptive toolkit. Ground those cyclones and those HoJ’s, hex the holy pala when he trys to be a healbot. Also try to hex rdruids especially when they tried to cyclone you. Even if he shapeshifts to avoid it you bought some time with this. If you need the healing throughput use spiritwalkers grace with aura, Grounding against magical interrupts. Wind shear as often as possible. Also the combination with primordial wave and natures swiftness for the strong instant healing wave. Always have HST out place it in a position where it can’t get targeted immediately.
Against melee zug static field totem displacement with totemic projection, earthgrab totem, thunderstorm while kiting with ghostwolf and staying near pillars. Try to bait them in bad positions.
