Resto traits+mastery

Does traits with heal over time adds to resto HoTs for mastery?

Grove Tending is the only trait that currently works with your mastery. For example concentrated mending doesn’t apply a stack for resto mastery.

I think Rampant Growth works as well, but yeah there really isnt that many healing over time buffs
