So I am new to restoration shaman and new to shaman in general.
when should I be using ‘bloodlust’ in raids ? I don’t want to mess up and not use it at the right times.

The time to use it can be different for each fight. Sometimes it’s at the start, sometimes later on, such as last phase of the fight.
Different groups may want it at different times, or in different difficulties and so on.
Best thing to do if your unsure, is to ask the group your with.

Yeah I had a priest calling me stupid yesterday because they kept messaging me to use it while it was on cool down from the last time they asked me to use it so I was getting really flustered.
