Can we get at least an estimated time when the bug that restricts accounts on Classic and HC will be fixed? Blizzard?

The restriction is intended for Classic Era for new and returning accounts since 2017 that had no paid gametime for atleast 30 full days. WoW tokens doesn’t count.

This also counts for HC. If you experience issues with that you’ll have to submit a bug report in the meantime. I recommend trying to stay logged out for atleast 12+ hours.

No, it is not. It’s a bug as confirmed by the customer support:

Howdy

It seems you’re encountering WoW restrictions related to trading, mailing gold, or using the auction house on a character created as self-found or a Season of Discovery realm. Your account has not met the requirement of purchasing and consuming at least 30 days of game time since 2017. Customer Support can’t remove this restriction.

NOTE: If you are having this issue on Classic or Retail this is a bug, there is a section at the bottom to cover the bug for these realms or SoD realms that meet the requirements. Customer Support can’t bypass this bug.

Here’s what you need to know:
• Self-Found Characters: You can turn off this limitation in-game if your character is self-found. Please speak to an Apprentice Watcher https://www.wowhead.com/classic/search?q=apprentice+watcher
• Account Game Time Requirement: If your account has yet to consume at least 30 days of game time since 2017, you’ll need to wait until this criterion is met before accessing these features. This restriction includes a newly created account.

It’s supposed to be restricted only on the SoD realms.
It least I hope to god it is so.

Wasn’t that statement changed later on as they couldn’t figure out how to do it for SoD only?

There is a huge thread in the SoD forums with the correction.

thats not all that changed, a lot of items drop like crazy now where it used to be a rare drop. The catseye diamond for example, and some green polearm. Can’t wait for the next patch when they break end game content
