Resub doesn't work?

Hi there, i’ve tried to resub both today and y-day and it still says the same thing even if i try it in the Battle app or at the website:

Subscribed: World of Warcraft Subscription - 1 month
Next payment: now

yesterday, i paid you guys and it’s reserved amount in my bank. Yesterday i also saw that the sub was frozen for some reason. So i did what it said, i updated my billing information and now i only have 1 card that i’m using. I’ve tried 2 times yesterday and once today.
The worst part from my pov is that you guys reserve / bill me for 30 days and now i won’t even get 30 days worth of gametime because something is wrong with the system.

Anyway, any1 got an idea if there’s anything wrong with the service now overall or if it’s just up to me to wait until it fixes itself?

I’m sorry that you are having the issues, I get this can be annoying if you want to play right away.

First, you can try using another browser and maybe try purchasing game time instead of a monthly subscription: https://eu.shop.battle.net/en-us/product/world-of-warcraft-game-time.

If that wont work - the best solution would be to contact you bank and as why the payment is failing, usually bank and get it sorted in no time. At the moment there are no known issues with payments on our end.

And do not worry! On your bank statement, it might look like you’ve been charged, but these are only reserved amounts for attempted payments and usually go back into your account within hours or one - two days, depending on the bank,

I Will try another browser but The problem is that ut didnt work with ur client either

If you’re unable to do it through a browser, the game client and your phone without getting any error notifications, then the problem is most likely caused by your bank rejecting the payment.
There are many reasons why this could happen (e.g. card restrictions, using a VPN/proxy, insufficient funds, etc), but only your bank will be able to tell you. You should contact them to see if it can be fixed.
