Getting one shot by paladin in 1 HoJ is just absurd. Or they use immunity for me to run around like a headless chicken just to slowly die. Completely 0 counterplay to this. Class is beyond broken and im sure im not the only one feeling this way
You know, I can’t say that I disagree. Crazy burst damage, amazing utility, practically unkillable with all their defensives. Yeah, I’m thinking they need a visit from Dr. Nerf.

I mean use trinket to escape stun and vanish when they bubble. You also have cooldowns such as Evasion and sprint. You can kite then or you dodge 50% of the damage or stun the stun with evasion and its extremely low CD.
You have 3CDs vanish, sprint and evasion that are extremely strong and when paired are stronger than bubble. Also you have a massive range stun in SoD and a free teleport every 20s. Your kidney shot is also a 6 second stun.
IDK you can list a lot of things amd make it sound OP but for you it defo sounds like a skill issue. Rogue are definitely the best Melee this phase a part from Shamin and nobody is complaining about Paladin in PvE or PvP right now. We are complaining about Shamans and range 2 shotting us from 40 yards away though. Like i said reflect on your toolkit Ret is in such a bad state right now you sound like a moron.

Right, because every class has vanish and evasion? No, they don’t. But paladins will HoJ and global any class with ease. Having a chance against this OP class shouldn’t depend on having trinket up. There’s literally no counter to paladins. Stop trying to defend your insanely overpowered class, the nerfs are coming.

Yeah kill him opener in your 15s chain stun combo that you cant even trinket properly and if they bubble you vanish and then after bubble you ends you reopen and kill him him in your 15s stun combo.

Not every class has stuns. How are you supposed to counter a class that can literally become immune to damage and yet continue to deal damage to you? It’s crazy.
By vanishing so they cant do damage.
How do you counter a class that can 100-0 you in a opener that you cant move for 15s in?

How did the paladin even get into melee? If a paladin reaches melee you misplayed and derserved to be 1 shot.

Rogues, being the most broken PvP class in the game right now and forever, asks for a ret nerf. How original.
Vanish, Blind, Gauge. Use your tool kit of BS. You can even run at mach 60 with sprint.

It has 5 yard range HoJ, repentance has more but its incap so damage breaks it the same as your sap.
You are stealthed so you always get the attackers advantage as a rogue, always. You can decide if you want to fight the paladin or not and your opener is probably the most busted thing any melee has in PvP.
We should have stronger abilities because we have mana once we oom we are useless. You have a infinite resource and can always do your max damage. Lucky that you have to deal with Paladins, imagine if you were on us alliance and had to deal with Shamans which are Stun immine and hit 2k with Stormstrike. They hit the damage of a Ret paladin x4 criting in a single ability.
A paladin has a 5 min CD on Bubble and a damage penalty whilst its active. Your vanish counters this because you can let the paladin waste is resource mana when you have energy which is inifite resource and reopen after bubble and 1 shot.

We are getting buffed almost certainly. We are weakest melee in PvE and second Weakest Melee in PvP, Warrior is behind us in PvP but they are best Melee Dps in PvE.

Please, you are trolling yourself, rets basically rely on getting close to people and locking em down, unlike the braindead gameplay of rogues who even get to pick their fights, run at mach 60, shadowstep, etc.
There’s more RNG involved with ret pvp than rogue pvp, and that is just simply a fact.
