Players with this achievement are able to craft T3 if I remember correctly
I was just putting public craft order for undeath metal (don’t know how the cloth version is called) with 10k commission and it took like 5-10 minutes for someone to craft it for me.
I am not certain, but when I was crafting helmet I put it up for 5k I think ?
