Retail WoW will not launch since the new patch (other blizzard games do)

Hello, I am having an issue with launching retail WoW since the new patch.

I get the following error message when I try to open the game.

I would quite like the play the new patch, is there a version of WoW that is compatible with 64-bit Windows?
