As of now Art of War should be renamed to Art of Exorcism if its intended to stay as it is. AoW as overall should get a bit more stuff overall or even adding boring\inefficient runes into AoW. For Example Enlightened Judgement with slight tweek into Speed buff(well, basically Long arm of the Law) should be implemented into it, Flash of Light being instant with it on some 4-5 sec CD and ETC.
