So in the recent blue post class changes for 11.1 I saw this 1 particular line of text.
Divine Toll will now cast Judgments at units near your main target, even if you’re not in combat with them.
So , my question:
Why is this something important enough to be changed and implemented?
And could you please elaborate on it.
This sounds like a nightmare for accidental pulling in m+

When we are the first ones attacking a boss like silken court, divine toll only hits the boss we are targeting. For it to shoot both bosses on pull, they already have to be in combat when we press the ability,
This change will help in situations like that.
Wouldn’t this make it function the same as just using Judgement directly?
I don’t get the change either but it is by far not the worst.
Healing Hands not applying to allied players anymore is one of the worst nerves.
The next changes I don’t get are the PvP talent changes. Remove two more or less useful talent and add one that’s basically useless.
