Hi, I’m a bit curious about a mismatch of priorities with some of the principles stated on Wowhead’s Ret Paladin guide. Its second principle says to “Keep Expurgation and Judgement debuffs applied to enemies.” But when it comes to the rotation order listed there, Judgment exclusively falls below the primary spender (Final Verdict for ST, Divine Storm for AOE) and is then followed by Blade of Justice. So what happens if I have enough holy power to spend on the primary spender but I don’t have either Judgment or Expurgation applied to my targeted enemy (or enemies). Do I forego keeping those debuffs applied to the extent posible in favor of using the primary spender always when available in the order listed? Or do I try to keep Judgment and Expurgation up as much as possible, even in the event I waste Holy Power doing so from overcapping it and/or before I use my primary spender?
