Hi, I would like to report a bug or misdescription of an ability in retribution paladin. The Searing light skill in the game does not have a cooldown time, but as it turns out it now does. In Dragonflight I did not notice that it has one. So when selecting it in the branch there is no information about CD, while addon details shows 1 minute CD, and on the site wowhead in the skill calcalator indicates a 5% chance of triggering and cd in 15 seconds. If a minute of cd is a bug, I would like it to be fixed, and if the skill has a cd, I would also like it to be mentioned on the skill in the game. Or can atleast explain its bug or work as intended.
