This is a suggestion for 9.1.5, but back in (I think it was legion?) There was amazing food for old content farmers called Bear Tartare which flat out gave you a large speed increase at killing a target for a short time, this mostly allowed us to clear old raids faster at a decent rate.
This was nerfed at the end of legion or BFA prepatch, i don’t recall when exactly but it was such a dissapointment. Instead there’s now the need to grind out a “Speed” set from current content so you can do old content faster but that feels like such a drag and another way to get us to go out of our way to have to do something else first in a fully random RNG system for giving the right stat on an item.
It’d be great if Bear Tartare could return to proper old form with the 40-50% movement speed short burst windows after making a kill. I understand the effect might be OP in different situations then old content so, would it be possible to have it limited to only old content or perhaps only give speed when you kill a mob 55 and below or so?
