Worst thing Blizzard did this expansion, is pander to the players who want to run around BGs massively OP in gear, ganking other players. I don’t have the time to spend playing WoW, to compete for top end gear. The only thing I play for is PVP.
Gear didn’t matter in Legion PVP BGs and it was so much better. I’m pretty much done with this expansion now. It’s ridiculous

I had a lot of fun grinding currency for the dalaran pvp vendor in legion.
Not sure it was so different. I started playing legion at the end of the expansion in early 2019, although i had all the pvp gear and two legendary items i was litterally one-shot, i mean really one-shot ,by full raid geared hunters and two-shot by palrets
Wait a sec… isn’t that what people will be doing in Classic…??? 
But i guess it s considered to be fun to do that in Classic but not in Retail

Yes. Cause right now we still have no PVP vendor and a large gap between player stats.
We are being spoon fed gear from everything on the game. You can easily hit 415 just by emissaries. If you don’t wanna put that minimum effort for gear, expect to be stomped.
Gear balance in pvp should be TOTALLY removed and vendors brought back. A 2.4k rating should be able to one shot a fresh lvled toon and overkill him enough to die a 2nd time after they release. The gear is already so easily obtained they are almost irrelevant.
If you want a game you can just hop on and pvp and just reset when you are done, MMORPGs are not tje genre for you.

No. That no PvEr has the opportunity to make PvP without PvP gear.
If in PvE you cannot enter with a PvP gear, in PvP you cannot enter with PvE gear either. I am very sorry but no, the PvP gear is necessary and it is USEFUL.
This is the random bg forum, it is precisely to avoid that on a whim the pvers enter to make PvP harming everyone as it happens daily in BfA. If you want to do PvP farm the corresponding gear. Legion system not bad but no thanks.

Legion pvp was boring and uninspired give me back wotlk/cata or mop pvp and i am happy.
