Return to Oribos - Heart of the Forest

I have been 60 on my alt for about 3 days now, and I have just returned to the Heart of the Forest, and seen the quest ‘Return to Oribos’ there as a big ‘!’.

Renown catch up has been slow, and I believe I get some from here, as I am now only renown level 10. Yet, I can not see it in the Heart of the Forest anywhere, reloaded, logged out and in etc, with no success.

I believe Lady Moonberry gives it, but no option for a quest.

Any ideas?

I guess the marker is buggy, because the Quest is given by Lady Moonberry. And she is actually located outside. To the East. Coords Would be 49:52

Thank you! Seems to be two Lady Moonberrys, one in the middle of the Heart of the Forest and one at 49:52, thank you again!
