Tons of folks unhappy with the new UI and want to return to the old one. I don’t think Blizzard will maintain 2 UI’s so if you want to try and get the look and feel of the old UI here is a post for wowheads. You can tinker around and get creative you if you want and have the know how.

Never used an addon for UI. Why is there no option with at least “Mimic old UI” ? Now I will have to use an addon to obtain what I am familiar with for 17 years in this game, if I buy the new game.

Simply move the character and target frame to the top of the screen and voila, you have the old UI back.

There is a “Classic” preset, just start from there. Btw, would be nice if there was a way to share presets, having to set up everything on multiple accounts can be a chore.
I love how some “experts” don’t get tired to suggest “use the classic option” or “just move character and target frame” when that’s literally not the solution to wanting the classic UI back. All it proves is that people still shipping the new UI have low demands to their interface, don’t care for details and talk about settings they apparently haven’t even checked out themselves yet…

keep the new UI but give ppl the posibillity to not take it and keep the old one now we don’t have that choice.

Developer finally updated an addon for restoring classic ui! Addon is called “ClassicUI”, you can find it on curseforge.
