I’ve been very casual over the last x number of years and my guild basically consists of some of my alts.
I’ve been looking at joining a real guild…with other people!? But i have no idea how they work when the guild is on another server, like can you group up and run around the world with guildies from another server if it isn’t a connected realm?
You can join a guild on any realm and it can be either faction. Do bear in mind that certain content is still faction limited. At present random dungeons, timewalking, LFR etc are all still faction specific. However most pug content is available cross faction, so Normal or higher raids, mythic plus, mythic 0 etc.
You can group with players from any realm and you will be put in the same shard to play together.
