Returning player, I cannot find my old toons I have had since 2004. I had a few break years from wow.
I have removed the battlenet cache files. Still no luck, I have been on every realm on the realms list, still no luck.
Anyone got any bright ideas?
When checking realms did you create a new character on them to refresh the list?
I did make toons on the old realms I used to be at. about 10 in all.
You can check the restore characters option to make sure they haven’t been deleted. Otherwise open a support ticket to get help from the blizzard staff.
If you haven’t deleting your characters, you can open any of the character services in-game and they should show the servers and names for them. Alternatively, you can also check this on the item restoration tool.
If you can’t find your characters, please create a ticket in-game and we’ll do what we can to find them with you.
