There’s a NPC at the entrance of the zone, you talk to it and it puts the older zone live.
" The NPC Zidormi, near Valor’s Rest, can toggle phasing in Silithus. If your character is qualified to see the new phasing, you will get the dialogue option for “Show me what Silithus was like before the Wound in the World?” to go to pre-Argus Silithus, or “Can you return me to the present time?” to see the post-Argus version of Silithus.

allso if youre an returning player you might need to change a timeline throu an NPC who is in silithus its right top of the map markered for you
so you got pre-sargeras jamming sword into poor azeroth time line
Hi, another returning player here. I can relate to this. So I was heading down to 1K Needles to farm some earth elementals but now the entire zone is under water. Man was I surprised. When did that happen?
That was a long time ago - very frustrating as it used to be a great place for mining and now the nodes are all under water.

Thousand needles was one of my favourite zones admittedly I was like level 50 when cata came out but still. So glad I can play it again in classic

What sword? I can’t remember any giant sword sticking out of our planet. I’m sure there’s no sword, we surely would have done something about it by now.
