Greetings,
I am trying to return to World of Warcraft after some time. After hearing good things I decided to buy The War Within basic expansion and added it to a EU Starter wow account I already had under my battle-net account. I also have a US account that has Dragon Flight on it. I am currently in Canada but will be moving back to the UK this January hence my purchasing the expansion for the EU account!
The purchase of The War Within basic is confirmed under the EU purchase history page on my battle-net account but it does not show up under game accounts or subscriptions. The starter account does not appear to be updated despite the purchase of both the new expansion and a months subscription. It does however show a Level boost to 70 on the character creation screen.
I would submit a ticket as normal but I have an error stating that I have reached the maximum number of tickets available. I now want to remove these tickets, cancelling the requests therein and hopefully play the new expansion of World of Warcraft.
Please can someone from Customer Support look in to my account and see if you can help me figure this out.
Thanks for all and any help.

For this you may need to wait a bit for an available CSFR to hopefully help out tomorrow I hope.
Just to clarify, did you buy a new WoW and a new sub, or a new game only? The base game itself, does not come with gametime.
Are you sure you’re logging into the right game license under the BNET dropdown? I did see you mentioned you got the level boost already so it appears it may be a gametime only problem.

Hi Saneko, thanks for taking the time to answer. You really helped!
I did a check on my credit card and found out that my account was only charged for the game and not the Sub! I have since set up a sub and the game is now working properly! Thanks for your help!
I still have the problem with my Battle.Net account regarding the error stating that I have reached the maximum number of tickets available. I hope that a CSFR can help me out when they are available by removing these tickets and cancelling the requests they contain.
Thanks for all and any help.

Hey Lantern, and welcome back to the game!
Looking at your account, it looks like you have some old tickets stuck in your account history, which is a rather rare (known) bug. We’ll try to get this sorted out for you in the coming days, which should allow you to create tickets once again if you need to contact us in the future!
As for your account, and as Saneko mentioned, only game time would update your account (and not the expansion itself). Game time can take a few hours to activate, especially if this is a new WoW account. This should resolve itself once your bank has completed the payment.

Hi Yryadorne,
Thanks for your help, it’s appreciated.
Renegade.
So was just a bank thing, which can take up to 24 hours D: must be busy holidays. Hope you’ll enjoy the game over at this side too!
Merry Winterveil!
