Back after a 3ish year break .. no idea whats going on .. the returning player guide is not up to date, my question .. how am i seeing low level (15 ish) players with flying ?? and how do i get it ?? i cant find any information for this anywhere .. and i have tried asking in game but all the chat channels are blank apart from rubbish in the cities (sellers) and no one wants to talk it seems … ?? any one ??
