Ideally you tell them you want to leave your Covenant to rejoin your original Covenant on Tuesday, then you complete the first quest:- Then on Wednesday it is magically a new week because of reset and you get the second quest, providing you completed the first one on the Tuesday (if you need more than one day to get it done, start on Monday or earlier):-
