Not going to lie, I didnāt believe you, then I saw the additional nerfs.
Neat
For the lazy ones:
- Overwhelmed now stacks up to 10 times (was 12).
- Culling Cyclone bonus Bladestorm damage reduced to 15% (was 20%).
- Opportunist now increases the damage and critical strike damage of your next Overpower or Raging Blow by 25% (was 30%).
I can hear them already, āwarrior is really strong currently, this is only another few %, this is fine. We are fineā.
How more āitās fineā till it is not?

(about as many as it takes to not play fury is the answer, I know what you troggs want)

I am sick to death of hearing weāre āfineā season after season. I want to be good, great, a top spec with a genuine reason to take us.
Iām sat right now late at night, 623 ilvl, timed 10ās 2400 rating applying for 10ās with people at that score and guess what? Canāt get in. Maybe, 40 applications? more?

Ok so please explain to me how it makes sens that for an example deathknights are allowed to pull 5m on aoe bursts and we get nerfed when we could not even go past half of that?
our current rotation dose not even synk well with the hero slayer talents, mountain thane is not even worth comparing , our 4 set is not even worth the effort,
( fury ranked lowest on tier set bonus with 2,5% increase in damage compared to say evokers who get 13%)
i could go on a long tangent on why itās a hot mess but if you cant figure out why we priotize Crushing Blow. Over execute or a fully tier set stacked blood thirst in the rotation and how it makes the other abilitys just a waste of an action bar you have a problem,.

I have a theory that very few devs actually play warrior,
blizzard considered warrior as āboring and easy to play classā and as such it is never allowed to exceed in anything, ST or MT, Utility or Survivability.
They way they treat warrior, clearly shows that, this Raid is full of AOE focused encounters, fights where Fury simply needs to exceed over every other class, because that was the design of the spec for the last 6 years, and just as I predicted moment Fury pops on the meters, Blizzard declares war, and keeps nerfing it until its hard stuck in the middle for next 5 tiers.
Its just frustrating, while other classes are allowed to exceed in their respective roles and play styles, warrior simply never is it is momentarily nerfed if not into oblivion.
Itās so funny, but itās true when you say it, Fury warrior is being nerfed not because we are good in general, but because we are good in this raid in particular, and effects of such unconsidered nerfs is already felt in M+ and PVP.

I donāt pug so this doesnāt really affect me. I do play with some friends tho and we were aiming for a 3k rating this season, nothing more, and it looks realistic by current tuning but I think Iām going to have to make the switch to Arms pretty soon.
Fury is gonna be dog after all these changes, unless they counterbuff. Even Arms is taking a hit too, thatās the sad thing. Anger Management will be better on multi target and about the same as RA on single target by the looks, so their changes have probably resulted in the opposite effect (everyone running AM), maybe itās too soon to say tho.
The crazy thing is that while the Fury design was kinda dumb to put all the damage into burst windows, other specs like Arcane Mage can also burst that high on AOE but has better single target.

Iām assuming they test their raid inhouse when itās in development every season? before it goes to a PTR or whatever. If blizzard actually had devs playing warrior they wouldāve noticed how broken it was at first for the design choices of the raid they made. The fact it took all the way up till launch of raid to realise it shows this.
It genuinely seemed to surprise them.
Something something no dev plays warrior something 
Or perhaps, Fury Warr dev do play

One white knight warrior dev trying to give us a fun season? perhaps, I like that theory. Got royally fāed after the rest of the team realised we were decent at something.
