Revival Catalyst Bug (Dragon flight item turns into War Within Tier piece)

On my level 70 character, before emptying my bags, I decided to turn my old gear into tier items via the Revival catalyst for transmog.

I put in my level 70 item level 441 Weyrnkeepers Clawguards into the catalyst, and to my surprise, they turn into level 80, 441 Rippers of the Destroyer, a new WW tier item piece.

This does not seem to be working as intended

Same happened to me. I received a lvl 80 glove of the Greatlynx with my lvl 70 Druid while trying to convert an old Dragonflight piece, at the Dragonflight catalyst, before starting to pex towards lvl 80.
