Hello, as you know, I can turn an item into a set item with revival catalyst and I need to make a quest for it. The strange thing is, I don’t remember getting a quest from that npc before, but I have 1 catalyst charge and there is no task in npc, although I have a catalyst charge. I can’t upgrade any item with it though.
