Reward on hovering not showing from Great Vault

All the rewards from Raid Finder not showing when I hover my mouse over them.

Queen Ansurek line makes me wonder if Story Mode broke something?

I loaded the game without addons, and it is still not showing tooltip on lfr rewards.
