Rework second wind

Worst thing that you will notice in a Casual play with arms warrior is that it’s utterly powerless in 1v1 situations. We just die fast while others are healing themselves like they are all hybrid classes.

With old wotlk or nerfed mop second wind it would become the go to talent for duels and solo bgs. We would still be bottom tier dueling spec but I can’t think of an easier way of improving our quality of life in day to day casual gameplay without power buffing us or reworking the whole spec. And the cool part is that new second wind wouldn’t even be a buff in competitive play because it is competing with defensive stance in a talent row and DS will still remain the supreme choice for arena.

I’m operating on the idea that the current second wind design is ridiculous ( I hope I’m not the only one that thinks that). It’s like it isn’t even designed for combat. It has zero effects in 90% of fights and in the remaining cases when it actually triggers it’s overpowered. I can’t believe we will be going through third expansion with this joke of a talent.

Make it a leech.
Baseline 5-10% leech.
And the lower in health we go, the more Leech we get.
1% health loss = 0.5% leech ontop of the baseline.
So kiting becomes fatal, and if you aint smackin, you’ll soon be nappin.

The current Second Wind is the only talent in the game that’s simultaniously utterly useless and way overpowered.

It’s utterly useless as we get hit and way too overpowered outside of getting hit. Especially when you’re OoC.

It would be a lot better if Arms had baseline effect similar to Soul of the Slaughter and Second Wind doubling that heal when at or below 35% health.
